For over 10 years, Fanzun AG has been managing the properties of the Dosch garages on Kasernenstrasse in Chur West. In the meantime, Dosch garage, together with the neighbouring Alpcar, has been integrated into the Emil Frey Group, and the creation of the Chur West centre zone has led to an entirely new situation for the overall site.
The Jaguar/Land Rover, Opel and Suzuki showrooms have been converted step by step. Alpcar, with the brands Mitsubishi, Subaru, Jeep, Kia and now also Alfa Romeo and Maserati, has been integrated into the overall concept. New back-of-house facilities include a paint shop, car wash, brake test bench and petrol station shop. The new property strategy points the way forward for the future of the site.
The core task is the gradual modernisation of the showrooms and infrastructure of the garage operations. This has to take place during ongoing operations, while respecting each brand’s corporate identity. At the same time, the overall complex is intended to present itself more strongly as a unified structure, making better use of the potential offered by the new centre zone.
