Fanzun has over 50 years of experience in the building industry as a general planner and committed partner with branches in Chur, Samedan, Scuol, Zurich, St. Gallen and Bern. You will find in our portfolio numerous high-profile projects in the tourism, commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors. Several of our buildings have won prizes, which is not surprising considering how we work: to achieve the best results in terms of budget, completion schedule and quality requirements in all cases. Our home is in Grisons (Graubünden)/Switzerland. We specialise in complex projects. We have created exciting spaces in Switzerland and elsewhere in Europe since 1964. Exciting spaces which have inspired owners and interested parties – from commercial buildings to luxury hotels. We build in keeping with the times and always with a view towards economic, ecological and architectural sustainability. Running the extra mile is nothing new to us – as it should be in every good company.

Our networked team is made up of over 80 architects, client representatives, construction supervisors, drafters / technicians, energy experts, structural engineers, civil engineers, business experts, economists and apprentices. These are the people, who make us the idea partner for holistic development, design and implementation of your construction proposals.
We have a state-of-the-art quality management system in place, which is oriented towards benefit for our clients. ISO 9001 is only the beginning. A modern management system inculcates quality thinking into every team member. The «we» rather than the «I» is at the forefront at Fanzun. Although our areas of expertise are very diverse, we have a passion for excellence in building as well as the drive to achieve the goals that we set ourselves.
