The Spada and Hotel Post projects pass their trial by fire in front of a large audience

Last weekend, the MUMA trade exhibition took place in Andeer, where the construction projects Neubau Spada (a new building housing a medical practice and apartments for young and old) and Hotel Post Andeer were presented to the general public. Fanzun is responsible for, among other things, the site supervision on both projects. According to Valentin Luzi, the client for the Neubau Spada project, interest in the two projects among MUMA visitors was very high. «We sent invitations to around 200 people on behalf of the clients, and these were taken up enthusiastically. But the other MUMA visitors were also interested in the projects and came to our stand,» says Luzi. The 20-square-metre stand in the middle of the exhibition, with its large posters designed and provided by Fanzun, was a real eye-catcher. Thanks to the detailed plans and visualisations, even non-experts could get a good picture of the newly designed village square in Andeer.

According to Valentin Luzi, it is not only residents of Andeer who are following the construction projects, but also people from across the whole valley and the neighbouring valley. «The joint medical practice in particular is the key reason for the strong interest, because residents of the Schams and Rheinwald regions have a great interest in keeping the medical practice in the valley.» Discussions have already begun with two doctors, and a third is still being sought for the joint practice.

According to Luzi, the reactions of MUMA visitors to the Neubau Spada and Hotel Post were consistently positive. The appearance at the trade exhibition allowed both projects to win a great deal of support and build anticipation for their openings (Neubau Spada in 2020 and Hotel Post in 2021).
