Fanzun celebrates moving into the new office in Scuol

On Friday, we celebrated moving into our new office in Scuol together with all the companies involved in the construction. At Stradun 210, we renovated two existing buildings and set up our new location in the Lower Engadin there.

Anyone wishing to visit us in Scuol will no longer find our office in Center Augustin. That location is now closed. Clients and partners can now reach us at Stradun 210, just a three-minute walk from our previous location.

The building itself tells its own story. Instead of a new build, we chose to renovate an existing house. Our new office space was created on the ground floor, while several apartments in the same building were upgraded. Wherever possible, we preserved existing floors, wood panelling and other components instead of replacing them. The façade was restored, the windows were replaced, and the building services, including a new pellet heating system, were fully renewed.

Our new location thus brings together two worlds. It preserves the substance of a building with history while offering our team a modern place to work. For us, this move is an example of what a careful approach to existing buildings can look like.
