Remember Me
Our partner and Head of Development, Gian Fanzun, recently appeared as a guest on the Minergie podcast on the topic of renovation. Together with Sabine von Stockar (member of Minergie’s management board) and moderated by Marcel Habegger, he discussed the many facets of sustainable renovation projects.
As an experienced architect, Gian sheds light on the practical challenges of renovation and emphasises the importance of object-specific solutions. For listed buildings, the aim is to optimise within the given possibilities, while other projects allow for more comprehensive sustainable approaches.
Particularly valuable are Gian’s practical insights from Minergie projects. He sees certification as a valuable tool for raising quality standards and emphasised that investments in sustainable renovation pay off through more effective ecological construction.
His message: sustainable construction is a daily recommendation at Fanzun. With the goal of greater comfort, lower energy use and more ecological resource consumption, convincing solutions emerge.
The full podcast is also available one the Minergie-Website.
