Fanzun is general planner to build an Innovation and Competence Centre in Chur

Oblamatik AG is a Swiss high-tech company in water management and healthcare. The company is a technology leader for sensor-based solutions on the international sanitary products market and plans to build a new Innovation and Competence centre for 100 employees in Chur as part of its expansion strategy. As the general planner, we will be able to leverage our entire expertise from strategy through architecture to construction management in the project. Building design was inspired by water, communication and innovation. We expect the building to set standards in workplace ergonomics and the spatial organisation featuring a combination of single workplaces for concentrated work and team workspaces. A contemporary canteen and a dedicated sports area have been planned for relaxing. The new Innovation and Competence Centre will be ready for occupation in Spring 2019.
