Right next to the Robinson Club hotel complex is the Rothornblick apartment building, dating from 1978. The 3.5-room holiday apartment, newly acquired by the client, is to be completely renovated so that it becomes a peaceful retreat in the future.
The goal was a stylish holiday apartment, close to nature but without an alpine-chic look. A clean, straightforward concept creates a new sense of spaciousness: brightly plastered walls, natural stone, and fixtures in raw, brushed spruce. With well-placed lighting, the small two-storey holiday apartment now shines in a new light.
During the short off-season, the two-storey apartment is stripped back to the shell. The key move to gain more space is a new, straight staircase. For this, new steel beams first had to be installed, so that the conversion could then proceed swiftly.
