On the western slope of the Loë neighbourhood in Chur, two new villa buildings blend into an existing orchard. The proximity to Chur’s old town, the sunny hillside location, a quiet setting with distinguished villas and gardens, and a beautiful view of the valley make this an ideal location for upmarket living.
Three different housing typologies are developed across three floors: a garden apartment with a central living space, a floor-through apartment with a hallway typology, and a penthouse apartment with a panoramic view.
