On the western slope of the Loë neighbourhood in Chur, two new villa buildings blend into an existing orchard. The proximity to Chur’s old town, the sunny hillside location, a quiet setting with distinguished villas and gardens, and a beautiful view of the valley make this an ideal location for upmarket living.
Three different housing typologies are developed across three floors: a garden apartment with a central living space, a floor-through apartment with a hallway typology, and a penthouse apartment with a panoramic view. Generous, valley-facing living spaces with corner loggias, bright rooms and integrated service rooms (pantry, laundry room) offer a high level of living comfort.
The classic arrangement – a villa with a front garden – forms the urban design concept of the project. The two identical villa buildings, each with four apartments per floor and a shared underground car park, blend naturally into the picturesque hillside and define clearly assigned outdoor spaces.
