Site supervision

Our site supervisors will instruct all involved companies at the site with foresight and in a routine, practised manner. They will take care of task-oriented and orderly implementation of project tasks. So that you can rest assured.

Commissioning

When your project is virtually completed, we will test the construction for functionality as operators and ensure that all conditions and requirements are met. We will coordinate any necessary last-minute touches before handing over the object to you as a turnkey delivery.

Tendering

We take care of the entire tendering process from small details like forms to verification of the submitted bids. This way, you can be sure of getting the best companies to do the job for the most favourable terms and conditions.

Cost planning and cost monitoring

We plan and monitor costs from the design phase until final settlement of accounts. Our project and construction supervisors will ensure that costs are fully transparent and calculable in every project phase. You may count on our expertise and experience.

Scheduling and quality assurance

Our quality management system follows international standards. We are therefore able to guarantee that we will meet all requirements with respect to schedules, quality and costs. For best results, we recommend that our construction supervisors be integrated as early as possible in the project.
